This week's spotlight is Rivertown Grill at 321 Jefferson Street in downtown Madison. It's a family restaurant and full bar in one building: booths and shareable plates on the restaurant side, and a 21+ bar side with bands, DJs and live music when the night picks up. The menu covers pizza, burgers, baskets, hot sandwiches, tacos and fresh salads, with regulars' favorites like the quarter-pound smash burger and wings. The dining room is open Wednesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. It's closed Monday and Tuesday.
